Who we are

Creative Noble is a creative direction and video production studio. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Creative Noble. You can reach us any time at creativenoblestudio@gmail.com.

Information you give us

When you book a strategy call, request an ad plan, apply to work with us or download our playbook, we collect what you type into the form. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Your name, company, work email and phone number
• Your website and social media handles
• Details about your business, such as what you sell, your goals, annual revenue range, ad spend and budget
• The day and time you request for a call, and anything else you choose to tell us

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site and the services it uses may automatically collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, approximate location, pages visited and how you arrived at the site. This happens through:

• Advertising and analytics tools. We may use the Meta Pixel and Google tags to measure how our ads perform, for example to count when someone who saw an ad later books a call. These tools use cookies or similar technology.
• Embedded videos. Our work samples play through Vimeo, which may collect viewing information under its own privacy policy.
• Hosting and fonts. Our hosting provider and Google Fonts receive standard technical data, such as your IP address, when the page loads.

How we use your information

• To respond to you, schedule and prepare for calls, and send the ad plan or playbook you asked for
• To evaluate whether we’re a good fit and to put together proposals
• To measure and improve our website and advertising
• To keep our site secure and to meet legal obligations

If you download the playbook, we may follow up by email. Every email includes a way to opt out.

How we share it

We don’t sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

• Form delivery: FormSubmit, which delivers form submissions to our inbox
• Email: Google (Gmail), where we receive and answer messages
• Scheduling: Cal.com, which handles call bookings and calendar invites
• Hosting: our website host
• Advertising and measurement: Meta and Google, when their tools are active on this site
• Video: Vimeo, for embedded work samples

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

Your choices

• Ad tracking: you can manage ad preferences in your Meta ad settings and Google ad settings, and block or clear cookies in your browser.
• Emails: you can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.
• Your data: you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email creativenoblestudio@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we’ll honor requests as the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, such as an active conversation, project or client relationship, or as required by law. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No website or email service is perfectly secure, so please don’t send highly sensitive information, such as passwords or payment details, through our forms.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
